  • Phone all potential buyers with details of listing.

  • Holds open houses whenever requested.

  • Arrange showings for agents of all agencies.

  • Contact client regularly with verbal and written progress reports.

  • Notify client of changes in real estate market

  • Review marketing activities with client

  • Pre-qualify potential buyers

  • Present and discuss with client all offers on property
